The Solar Saint Louis Program operated by Alternative Opportunities Incorporated is funded by a Department of Labor grant.  The grant through collaboration with industry experts and partners have designed and delivered innovative training in areas of energy efficiency, weatherization and renewable energy to eligible residents of the city of Saint Louis.
